Manuel Antonio to be fair is absolutely stunning and on a good day at the right time it is easy to convince yourself that you have died and gone to coconut filled paradise. Clearly, the park talks by itself but with the help of a nature interpreter you will observe a vast number of birds, plants, mammals, reptiles, viewpoints and geological formations. Therefore visitors with no previous knowledge, but also Birdwatchers, Botanists, Herpetologists and Biologists among other natural science experts, will be fascinated to be here.
This activity is designed for small groups with a maximum of 6 people. The duration is approximately 2 hours with the assistance of a rain forest interpreter. You will have the opportunity to observe the wonders of Costa Rican fauna and learn about the natural history of each species.

Night Jungle Tour

As night falls in the jungle, an amazing transformation takes place. Full day Carara National Park & Tarcoles River full day
This national park is a crucial meeting point between the dry tropical forests to the north and the wet rain forests to the south, which means that it is possible to see over 400 different species of birds inhabit Carara. Also, your chances of spotting rare species will be greatly enhanced with the help of an experienced guide. The most exciting bird for many visitors to see is the brilliant scarlet macaw.
Right after the park, lunch will be at Miriam`s place, a local family at Tarcoles community. There we will meet José, who works at a local company by tarcoles river. Here, there are chances for incredible wildlife sightings, like crocodiles, monkeys, birds and beautiful sceneries of mangrove environments.
